- Auctioneer (The day of the Launch)
- Event staff (6 people for 2 days at the time of the Launch)
- Fundraising Dinner Servers (Depends on guest list)
- Fundraising Dinner Registration (2)
- Media Team (2 photographers, video teams – 2-3 cameras)
- Tech support for online streaming of Launch Event (2 preferably with one available pre-launch to ensure all tech requirements are lined up.)
- Media Team (1 photographer, video teams with 2-3 cameras/ sound recording dovetailed into online set-up, 1 interviewer)
